Cheesy Gnocchi

This recipe is your ticket to cheesy paradise. Picture this: soft, pillowy gnocchi smothered in a creamy béchamel sauce, mushrooms, mingling with savory ground beef and a generous layer of melted cheese. Each bite is like a warm hug from your favorite comfort food.

We've all been there sprawled on the couch in that delightful post-meal daze, wondering if you'll ever move again. You know, that moment when even reaching for the TV remote feels like an Olympic sport? Well, get ready to embrace that blissful food coma because this creamy cheesy gnocchi recipe is about to become your new favorite way to accidentally-on-purpose miss your afternoon plans.

Let me introduce you to what I like to call the "Sorry, Can't Make It, I'm In A Gnocchi Coma" pasta. It's one of those dishes that'll have you doing the happy food dance during cooking and the slow shuffle to your couch after. Those pillowy potato dumplings swimming in a creamy cheese sauce? Pure comfort in a bowl. This is one of easiest recipes for students

Ingredients

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Preparations

Drop them in salted boiling water and wait for the little guys to float to the top (it's their way of saying we're ready

Once your gnocchi float to the top, drain them.

Throw in your cooked ground beef, add those mushrooms and spices

Pour in that evaporated milk and heavy cream. Let it bubble away and reduce a bit.

Add the cheeseeeee

Add those drained gnocchi to the pan. Give everything a good stir, making sure each gnocchi gets its fair share of the sauce.

Let it all come together until it's thick and saucy. And there you have it, taste and add as much cheese as you'd like.

Serve with lettuce so you can tell everyone you had a salad today, technically speaking!
